I weighed 342.5 and now weigh 295lbs in less than 6 weeks!

No problems, no regrets, loving my new direction in life. Back into a 2XLT! Gave away 4x and 3xl shirts! Had to cut my belts shorter, now wearing 2 pants size smaller.

Thank you! The only problem that I am having is that I'm on a very tight budget and I was just told the $14.99 walmart protein is garbage.

I was told to Buy only whey isolates and to avoid the whey concentrates.

The whey isolate proteins are double what I have been paying. My nutritionist suggested I intake 130 to 150 per day in protein.

Any suggestions for a food affordable protein supplement?

I use the body fortress. It has whey isolate. I like it.
