Is egg drop soup considered a clear liquid if I strain it? I have to have clear liquids Monday before my surgery and was wondering if that counts.

humm...I'm not sure about that one, from what I understand though egg drop soup has flour or corn starch in it....so I'm not sure if it would count. For me clear liquids were water, broth and fruit juice.

I was told for the clear liquids stage that if you can't pour it in a glass and see through it then it wasn't acceptable. At any rate, I've never had this kind of soup so I don't know the answer, sorry!
