Vertical Sleeve

Into my fourth week after vertical sleeve and I started @299lbs and now 282lbs with hunger and cravings isn't suppose to take those away? and can they adjust it?

Firstly congrats on your good losses!!

Now, as luck would have it not everyone is blessed straight out of surgery to be free from physical hunger. Question, are you on any type of acid reducers or PPI's? What can happen is our stomachs will still produce the same amount of acid it always did, which with only 15% of our stomach left this is far too much. It can mimic physical hunger pains.

If you're not, try something to help with the acid - or seek help from your physician.

Next, it can also be that you won't start feeling satiety or fullness until you get on more solid food. This also happens to a lot of sleevers. Hang in there!!!
