Onederland!

I met my first major goal - getting to onederland!!!! I stalled just over 200 for over 3 weeks - so for those of you stalled & frustrated, hang in there!

I'm almost 4 weeks out & have released 48 lbs. I'd say lost it but I don't want to find it ever again ;)

Getting back in the ones for the first time in over ten years has given me a much needed boost of confidence.
