I am three weeks post op today. I am not down an entire size (yet), but my work pants are definitely getting big and so are my shoes, which is the oddest thing ever. I have also gotten comments about looking like I am losing weight, which I LOVE!

I don't have any pain, I am sorry to hear one of your incisions is still sore, that would suck. I did have some issues the second week after my surgery with my one incision, but that seems to have cleared up.

RE: Protein, I drink three shakes a day, and each of them has 20 grams of protein, so I know I am getting enough in. I am also using myfitnesspal.com, where I track everything I eat so that I can ensure I have gotten everything in I need to. You might want to check it out, it's free and pretty easy to use.

Anyway congrats to us!

Wow ur doing great. Im going to try getting in more protein shakes as i dont think im getting enough protein at the moment. I just downloaded my fitness pal so i'm going to start using that from tomorrow.

I think the stitch the doctor put internally is whats causing some discomfort. I feel it especially when i sleep on one side. I wonder if anyone else is having the same issue.

Keep up the good work.

My internal stitches still cause me pain also. I have one incision that is nearly healed but it is causing some pain too
