Going On My 3Rd Week

Hey I'm Dee.. Ive been with a rash on each of my 5 incisions and now on my chest.. my PA says I should peal the surgical glue that's left and put cortizine and benedryl... she said I'm either having a reaction to the glue or to the string that was used inside to sew me back up... it looks terrible and I'm having a mental breakdown aside from this because I can't eat and I'm hungry all the time but can only stand a spoons of anything I try to take

I had a reallllly bad rash too. It started on my chest and spread to my stomach. My doctor told me to take benadryl and put cortisone in it also, but that didn't work. It got so bad I had to get a prescription for prednisone. Once I started taking it the rash and itching disappeared. My doctor thought I had an allergic reaction to be of the antibiotics used after surgery.

Hope you feel better!!
