Question

Hello Everyone,

I have a question hope someone can help. I have my sleeve on the 23rd I will be on liquids for 2 weeks. One of things my doctor said to get is fat free & sugar free yogurt. I have not been able to find any. Does anyone know of any fat free & sugar free yogurt?

Thanks

Have you looked at Chobani or Oikos yogurt? I know Walmart carries both. I was just told SF yogurt for my soft foods.

Double check if it is sugar free or no sugar added yogurt.. I've never been able to find sugar free because yogurt is milk based, so it has lactose in it.

One of my staples is chobani plain yogurt (which you can get fat free). Then I add in some Torani sugar free syrup (totally awesome, i highly recommend it) so I still get the flavor.

Congrats and good luck!
