Do You Have A Neck Waddle?

I have seen some people that lose large amounts of weight fast, and the skin doesn't have time to catch up...I'm worried about my neck/under chin. I can kinda see some loose skin under there and I am hoping that it will tighten back up vs get worse. Am I picking myself apart or is this a legitimate concern? There isn't shapewear for my FACE!!!!!! LOL!!

I'm noticing the same thing. Ugh.

So far, I'm pleased with my neck. My quadruple chins are gone and the skin is looking pretty good. Crossing my fingers that it stays that way! I'm also doing some facial contortions and neck stretches that I found somewhere to see if that helps.

What is weird for me is that my waddle changes daily. Some days none. Other days it will be saggier - sometimes more later in the day than early. Seems to track with losing inches so I think it is part of the redistribution process. So I'm not going to wig out about it but wait until I get closer to goal to see what the more permanent skin tightening looks like. I will say that I'm very happy to have a neck back though. :P
