What exactly do I need from my nutritionist? ..a letter or notes?..if so what does it need yo say?

    My surgeon's office set up my appt with the Nutrition. The nutrition I saw was very familiar with the surgery and what the Dr expects after the surgery. The nutritionist only had to send a letter to the surgeons office to let them know that I had completed my nutrition class.

    Thanks..I saw a nutritionist for 10months...so I guess ill ask her if she can write a letter letting the insurance company know that I completed a 10 month regimen with her(even though I need 6 months) ..all these doctor appointments make me nervous im just trying to make everything perfect
