What about a scrambled egg? Im enjoying a glad of vanilla pure protein :)

This morning:

3/4 cup Kashi go lean

1/2 cup 1% milk

mixed with 1 scoop plain whey powder

1/2 chopped banana

a little stevia and maple extract.

good with some walnuts if you have the calories available.

also plain greek yog with fruit flavored Protein Powder and a tablespoon of rolled oats (uncooked) is really good.

I generally make a breakfast scramble of canadian bacon or turkey sausage, southwestern egg beaters, sliced mushroom, diced tomato, and 2% shredded cheddar cheese. Lots of protein and it fills me up for the entire morning!

I've been doing smoothies. I know not a hot food. I freeze fresh fruit over night, measured out in 1/2 cup portions. 1 contain of plain greek yogurt, 1 splenda, and then enough orange or apple juice to get it moving. It's got a lot of protein, and it helps me get in one of my fruit servings- which have made a HUGE difference in how much energy I have for the day.
