Mid To Lower Back Ache?

Has anyone experienced a middle to lower back ache? I am 4 days post op, and have had this ache since yesterday. I can't help but to be concerned about every ache and pain. Could this be from hanging around the couch? It's not like I didn't do that a lot before the surgery, but still.
