Hey guys im new to the family... Im 24 years old and Will be having surgery in about a god willing... I'm scared but I wanna do it for my health most importantly.... I was wondering what are some helpful pre- op tips you guys might have?

    Just don't be scared it will go fine that's how I felt and it wasn't helpful at all I had mine done feb 29 and everything went fine
