I know that problem is nooo fun you should try muscle mike protien it contains no milk which many of us can't tolerate now it has 20gm protien per 8.25 oz the vanilla creme is easy on my stomach. good luck and good health

the nutricianist suggested a digestive powder called F.O.S. Helped me out alot. contact yours for reccommended dosage.

I was having a lot of diarrhea in the first 2 weeks due to becoming lactose intolerant. Try cutting out milk products for a day and see what happens. It only took me a day to see a huge difference.
