Nature Valley Protein Bar

So I really, realllly hate Protein shakes...I can barely choke them down. The Protein Bars are so thick even with tiny bites they sit like a lump in my throat. Today I found these nature valley protein bars & while they only have 1/2 of the protein as the pure protein (10 vs. 20) they are delicious! And easier to eat! They are peanuts & almonds set in dark chocolate. 6 grams of sugar. I would gladly eat 2 of these over the course of a day than 1 of the others! Yay!

Does anyone see a con here that I haven't taken into consideration??

they have too much sugar and carbs per my Nut. They will cause a stall in your weight loss.

I think 1 day would be good, how many g of fat they have?

PS you should try unflavored protein powder,I bought mine at GNC,6 oz of water ,4 ice cubes and 1 pack of to go crystal light and blend it :) it tastes yummy!! Like kool aid lol
