I move up to soft foods Saturday and I am ready..I made turkey meatballs..to freeze and sugar free mango sorbet in my vitamix. I can't wait till Saturday...I have spagetti sauce ready and some ricotta cheese.

That sounds so good! How did it go? I'm starting soft foods on Monday and my first thought was pasta n turkey meatballs.

I love meatballs, and figured out that the frozen turkey meatballs have nearly as much fat and calories as when I make homemade meatballs with very lean ground beef. I'm saving a ton of $$ by making my own!

OOooohhh, I'm so jealous of your vitamix!! I've always wanted one. Do they still cost $500?? :rolleyes:
