6 Days Post Op Protien Shot?

Can I have clear protein shot today? I feel great no pain or nausea. I'm tolerating all clear liquids. I was told I need protien and it's ok. What say you?

    I started my protein the day I left the hospital. I drink my 11 oz everyday and my water I'm close to getting in the 64 ooz everyday lol. I one week today!!!! I feel great. Good luck to you

    You want to make sure your protien shot has the right kind of protien. If it is collegan our bodies can't absorb it.
