Do you know how this works? I am struggling with this as well. Do you get the "full feeling" after eating and did you stick to the diet sheets?

If you were just banded you may not get the full feeling yet. You will need to get a fill or two in before this happens. Keep your head up and things will get better. If you have any questions I have been banded for over a year now and will be glad to help.
