First of all CONGRATS on your surgery date!!!! That is so exciting! Try and stay positive & not try and dwell on other peoples "bad" experiences. Everyone is different, as for me I had no complications during & after surgery. My face started getting skinner quite soon after surgery, everyone notices it, I don't so much but thats because i'm around myself too much haha My main advice is to keep positive, it is easy to get yourself in a rut but, just try try try to think positive. Congrats again, I hope the band will treat you as well as it has for me so far! It is definitely the best decision i've made Good Luck!

The band has definitely changed my life and it has been the best decision i've made in my life. If you want the band to work for you, you have to make it work, its up to you! My scars are not bad, the smaller ones are becoming really un-noticable. The large on that is in the middle of my stomach (where the port is) you can see clearly but, i'm sure that it will go away. THe scars are truely the last thing on my mind & its just a little reminder
