1 Month Since Surgery....20 Lbs!

So, am I a slow loser? Half of that was in the first week, and then the remaining ten pounds took the rest of the month. I am not minding if I am slow, but I just want some comparison.....

I am going to get my engagement photos (taken in early December) back this week. I am hoping that by the wedding they won't even look like me!

Lots of people lose slowly. . . actually slowly is better they say. . . just keep doing what your doing and in no time you'll be where your wanting to be at. . . congratulations on your up coming wedding!

I'll be 4 weeks on Weds and I lost 27 pounds and I understand what you're going through. I think our bodies are trying to adapt and we have to make sure to follow what we eat and work out and the stalls will pass. I think you're doing great and I'm sure we'll be losing more soon enough :)

HI, I am 3 1/2 months since I was sleeved and I am down 40 lbs. Some weeks I lose nothing, some weeks 1-2 lbs and some weeks up to 4 lbs. Hang in there. It will come off.

A loss, is a loss, is a loss...take it a run! You are doing great! Congrats!
