Wow good for you nomad. how are you doing with Protein intake? I cant seem to drink enough!

I was struggling with the protein too until today. I found Lean Body 40 g Protein shakes at GNC that are tasty and set my kitchen timer for 10 minutes and drink 1 oz every time it dings. It takes me 3 hours to drink one container, but I'll have my protein in by the end of day today.

www.labrada.com - is a link for the shakes and where to buy them.

URG, I am at around 40 grams using Isopure. I can have cloudy drinks starting Saturday so I should be able to increase to my 65 grams. I started my nasty Opurity Bariatric Vitamins.
