When can I swim?

forgot to ask my surgeon. I have an inviting pool in my backyard and a hot tub.

What recommendations did you get from your doc?

I will phone my surgeon in the morning.

I figure when the incisions are closed???? Which they are not, still some scabbing.

I was told to wait 6 weeks before soaking in the bathtub or swimming. Congrats on your awesome weight loss!

My Dr. says at 2 weeks post-op, I've seen other Dr.'s of people on here say 4 weeks and 6 weeks. I agree with your instinct, wait until your incisions are healed over, no scabbing, fully closed.
