Friday was my one year......

I am down 74 pounds and feel great!!!! My weight loss hit a few stumbling blocks along the way but I am back on track and losing again. The only major problem I had was my gall bladder but it was bothersome preband just not enough to have it removed. After banding I had it removed and feel 100% again. I will try to get an updated picture on later today. ~Mandy

Not yet, I am going to have my niece take a current picture tomorrow. I was going to do it today but I spent the day working in my flowerbed. I planted 6 rose bushes and removed several Russian sage plants. A year ago I would have never even considered doing any of that. But today it was easy, except for the extreme heat. I am resting and drinking my water, pictures tomorrow. ~Mandy
