Nausea, Anyone?

I am 6 days out from my VSG and while the pain has not been too bad, the nausea has been AWFUL! Fir the last 2 nights (since I have been home) I will just be sitting ina chair, trying to watch TV, sand will all of a sudden get a severe case of the dry heaves. I know that because of this I am not getting in enough protein, even liquid. After that I fall asleep, I have perscribed nausea meds, and have taken them, but not working reall well. Anyone else going through this?

I'm having the same problem, have tried different things but nothing has worked. I'm a month and day out so I hope it ends soon. Diarrhea is an issue too.

I was dry heaving for three days after the surgery. I actually threw up while they were doing the leak test. I stopped taking the nausea meds and all pain medication because I think it made it worse. Every time I'd take the zofran I'd immediately feel sick. I'm doing ok on nausea now, but the acid is unreal.
