5 Month Update !

Hello all!!

Its my 5 month update!!! Couldn't be happier!!!

I am in a misses 14 from a 24W!!

wearing plain large from womens 2x's!

I am close to goal I know I can do this!

No lose skin- just a little wrinkle action on my abdomen-- not bad at all!

Some hair loss-- but I am managing-- had a ton to start.

All in all my weight loss has been nearly effortless. I work out lightly 3x to 4x per week to help with the skin.

I am eating a min. of 1200-1400 cals a day.

I have enough confidence finally that I have an amazing new man in my life!

I LOVE MY SLEEVE!

heres a face pic comparison! Thanks for all the support and motivation everyone!

Any tips for someone trying to eat more? I can't seem to get over the 800 calorie threshold.

Any tips for someone trying to eat more? I can't seem to get over the 800 calorie threshold.

Hi have you thought of adding something like a latte everyday? I have a Venti Iced Vaniila Latte everyday. with 2% milk and non-sugar free vanilla syrup. Theres like 15 grams of protien and 300 cals. Most of the cals are from the milk so no fretting! I swear by these. I could not get enough cals in with out my Startbucks! And if I don't get enough cals (at least 1200) I don't lose. I stall big time :-)

Truly inspirational. You are soo cute!! And it is beyond reassuring to know that you don't eat like a bird. You're eating good, healthy, tasty food and still having remarkable weight loss. More power to ya girl!

This is great information. I have been stalling and now I think it could be due to me not getting enough calories in. Who'd have thought?

Congratulations on your success. You are SUCH an inspiration.

You look fantastic and so happy! Im so looking forward to scrubs that actually fit! I wear my maternity scrubs because they dont cut into my big tummy! You are very inspiring! What are your stats? height, sw, cw? Thanks!

You look really nice. Congrats!

What an inspiration you are to us all!!! I am soon-to-be-sleeved and so anxious to get to the losers' bench - I am just tapping my foot waiting for my next appts. and was kind of in a funk earlier in the week. You have renewed my optimism and excitement about getting sleeved!!! I am on a self-imposed "pre-op" diet, which is really just lower carb, higher protein, more veggies and absolutely getting in all my water every single day. I am down 10 lbs. so far and have at least 3-4 weeks till surgery (don't have a definite date yet) so I am hoping to be down quite a few more preop.

You have done phenomenally well for 5 1/2 months out - I hope I can be as successful! That really is an amazing drop in sizes too - SOOOO exciting! I am a nurse as well (but I stay home full time with my little ones now) and last time I was in the workforce I was in 2XL scrubs and I am a little heavier now than I was then so I can sure imagine how amazing it would feel to wear MEDIUMS!! Keep up the great work!

Congrats! Lookin' hot!! :)
