Fluids...

I am seriously having a hard time getting 64 oz of fluid in every day. I'm trying small sips, but anytime I take more than two sips within a couple of minutes, I feel nauseous and full. And I'm still having issues being about to eat enough to get all my protein in. I am 4 weeks out. It's got to get better, right?

It gets better. Don't stress on all that liquid. Just get as much as you can and remember that your protein drinks are counted as fluid. You are doing great so far and you have begun your new journey. Just try to increase fluid intake but don't stress. It's a process that's going on in your before body. ;)
