1-year Sleeversary! (including Before/after Pics)

Wow, I can't believe it's already been a year!!

What a life changing event! I would recommend what I did to anyone in the same situation as I was 100% (has problems with portion control but still relatively active). I no longer live to eat and for the first time in my life I feel comfortable with myself and how I look. I stopped weighing every week as I've maintained a 180lbs for the last handful of months straight.

What an amazing transformation...I just got sleeved 4days ago still in some pain and I was having a little doubt about if I did the right thing..but I really think its gonna be ok..its wonderful to see someone else's awesome journey. Keep up the good work...if u don't mind me asking what were your starting stats and ur ending?

I'm 6'0" and was told my ideal weight is 175. I want to be 150 at goal, however.

Should be all in my tracker in my signature, but I bounced between 200-300 lbs my whole life.
