Sleeved on November 9

I was sleeved on November 9 at 1:45 p.m. My doc also repaired a hiatal hernia. The second day I was so nauseated I thought I would die. Today I am home and feeling better. Thank goodness there are good meds for pain and nasuea. Now I am overwhelmed by the different drugs to take and having to figure out how much protein and carbs to get in while sipping every 15 minutes. It's a little scary but I am thrilled to have taken this step that will change my life for the better. Any advice about how to get all the protein and carbs in would be very much appreciated. Thanks for listening!

At first I had the same problem. I made myself a spreadsheet and checked each time I took a vitamin or had protein. Now, I don't have to use the spreadsheet because it is just second nature to me to do what I am to do. However, the spreadsheet really helped me keep it all organized. Good Luck with your surgery. I know that you will be SO SO SO happy that you did it. It has made a world of difference in my life and I couldn't be happier.

WOW, I guess I should put a new pic of me up shouldn't I? There is a big difference for sure.
