At first I had the same problem. I made myself a spreadsheet and checked each time I took a vitamin or had protein. Now, I don't have to use the spreadsheet because it is just second nature to me

Thank you so much. My husband is an engineer and I just asked him to make me a spreadsheet. Thanks for the advice!

I was sleeved on November 9 at 1:45 p.m. My doc also repaired a hiatal hernia. The second day I was so nauseated I thought I would die. Today I am home and feeling better. Thank goodness there are good meds for pain and nasuea. Now I am overwhelmed by the different drugs to take and having to figure out how much protein and carbs to get in while sipping every 15 minutes. It's a little scary but I am thrilled to have taken this step that will change my life for the better. Any advice about how to get all the protein and carbs in would be very much appreciated. Thanks for listening!
