How many meals do you eat?

I find that some days I am hungry every two hours, and other days I just eat three meals. I've read different surgeons have different recommendations. Just curious what works for all of you.

    Three square meals - breakfast, lunch, dinner and three snacks - two between meals and one couple hours after dinner - mix snacks up with fruit, salads, protein bar, juice

    My sleeve does not like Protein shakes so I have not used them at all since surgery. Our hospital wants everyone off the shakes by 3 months.

    Meals, well I still can only take in about 1/4 cup of food at a time so I eat about 6 times a day.
