Stomach Flu?

I am so sick today.

I could go without eating until tomorrow. It feels like I have the stomach flue, but without the fever.

I've been avoiding carbs, but I think I need some crackers or something.

Has anyone ever experienced this?

DreamLife,

We must be psychicly linked or something! I had some sort of bug over the weekend. I pushed the chicken noodle soup Unjury for my protein and fluids and ate a few saltine crackers. Today was the first time I ate any substantive food in 24 hours and it feels like a brick is in my stomach (I think I ate too soon). I would suggest you contact your doctor to make sure it's a stomach flu and nothing else, but after that, I would suggest a few crackers and liquid protein until it passes. Hope you feel better.

WOW Deevah! sorry to hear that you are sick too.

I feel like I can puke any minute and Im making frequent trips to the bathroom. I have no desire to eat anything other than crackers, I had a few baked chips, but that's it. I think I will drink water and eat chicken soup like you said. I totally know the brick in the stomach feeling. I will see how I am feeling in a few days, but if Im not better, I will call my Dr.
