Anxious to Begin!

Hi, I have just begun the process, I have seen Dr. Olsofka here in louisville, ky. I saw the nutritionist today, and I will see the Physc. Dr. on Aug. 4th. Then I am told I will see the Dr. again.. My insurance decides all of this for me. My Dr. is out of network, but I am blessed to have a pretty good out of network coverage. The hospital will be covered by my insurance. I would like to find others who have Dr. OLsofka. He really seems to be a very good Dr! Well I am excited to begin my new life, and I sure hope this procedure will be the tool I need!
