I heard Dr. Alberto Aceves and his staff are the best in wls. Is there anyone out there that has not had a great experience? I've been researching and looking everywhere for months now and can only find excellent comments...Should I go for it?

Moonrisen - How would you describe your recovery since you didn't have the spinal? I'm scheduled with Dr. Aceves on Oct. 13 and also haven't made up my mind about the spinal option. Thanks for any info!

I cannot say enough positive things about Dr Aceves and his entire team! The entire experience felt like going to a spa! Everyone from beginning to end ... From physician to housekeepers were incredibly kind and nice and attentive. I have lost over 30 lbs this first month post op & never felt so hopeful that FINALLY my struggle with weight has hope to be successful in keeping the weight off !

In my opinion Dr Aceves is a humble and genuinely kind man and skilled surgeon.

I have been an RN for 32 years and for me Dr Aceves has been such a blessing!

There was no pain no problems for me either post op or thru my recovery.... You will be in good hands with Dr Aceves and his team !
