I live in Central California and my insurance will only pay for half of the cost here. Paying cash in Mexico is still cheaper and with a lot less hoops to jump through.

Wow, sorry about the band I have a friend in the same position getting her sleeve in 4 weeks. Please be careful on going to Mexico--- have you really researched this doctor?
