2.5 weeks out and tired

Is it pretty normal to be tired a lot and fatigue easily when in the mushy food stage? I have still been walking dog and staying active. Im just exhausted all of the time. I didnt know if it was simply because of decreased food intake. Advice appreciated.

Are you getting your protein in? How are your calories? Mine are both in the toliet and I am tired and I know that is why. Also, are you taking your vitamins? What sort of vitamins are you taking?

I was the same way you are. I'm almost 5 weeks out now and feeling lots better although I still seem to tire easily. Just keep working on getting in all your water and protein and all of a sudden it will dawn on you how much better you are feeling!

It's normal. Your body has been through a shock. I think I finally got some energy back around 8 to 10 weeks.
