Flax Seed Meal?

I am newly sleeved and still on liquids, but does anyone eat this? I sure hope it makes it's way back into my diet one day. I miss a flax meal cracker with lox, cream cheese, tomato and caper.

Well, I've had flax seed bread and everything else but the lox. I have eaten whole wheat crackers as well. I'm sure you can try it ...wait about 3 months from surgery. (Don't worry, time goes by fast!!!)

Yes, you will enjoy all of that again. Just be patient and don't try too soon. I can eat crackers WAY too well. blink.gif

I have to be careful!!
