Hi everyone,

I have spent all morning looking for that list of recipes that someone who is a regular here posted. It was a very long list and it was great. I thought I had saved it but didn't. I am only 5 days post op but need suggestions as I love variety. I think maybe it was "tiffykins" or someone who I've seen on here a lot. I really appreciate your help in locating them!

You can get to it under the main forum page. Under the food and Nutrition section there is a sub forum for Protein Drinks/Powders, it is the second pinned topic. Hope that helps you out
