On a one week stall...

Hi guys! Have any of you stalled at this early on? I had my surgery a little over 3 weeks ago, and I havent lost anything in a week! I just started my pureed stage on wednesday and im fluctuating with just a pound. Its driving me nuts! Any advice would be awesome!
