Carbs from Vitamins /calcium

I track my intake on my phone everyday. Do you all track the calories and carbs in your vitamins? My calcium citrate creamy bites or the chewy bites add quite alot of calories and carbs each day! My stats for protein, calories, and carbs look great without the calcium and vitamins. The carbs and calories go up when I include them. By up I mean I hit over 60+ carbs and over 700 calories. I'm 5 weeks out and have lost around 25 lbs. Thanks for your help!

I figure if I'm eating them, my body's going to use them so I count them. That's why I gave up the Calcet chewy bites and use Reviva liquid--I'm saving 20 gms of carbs a day.

This is a question I was just thinking about tonight! Had a good day carb-wise, the count ended up at 40 grams. I try to set 35 or under as my guideline, but I did both treadmill and swimming today, so I wasn't stressing about it. Then I added up my Vitamins and got this:

Multivitamin: 1

Iron: 1

Calcium chewy bite: 3

Chewable Fiber wafer: 3.5

Chewable C: 1

So that knocked it up to nearly 50 grams, which I do not appreciate! I end up not knowing what to do, because I am still relatively early out at 10 weeks and don't want to skimp on either vitamins or food. Is it okay to have 40-50 g of carbs when vitamins are considered? It seems silly when only getting 600 calories a day to worry about this stuff, but I also don't want to slow down any progress by over-carbing...

What do you take instead?

I take 2 tbsp. Reviva liquid calcium citrate that I bought at costco (35 calories, 10 gms carb total) or 7 Citracal Petites, which have no carbs and no calories. It depends on how my sleeve feels about swallowing pills that day--sometimes no problem, sometimes no way. My multi-Vitamin has 5 calories and no carbs and neither do my other supplements. I try to stay under 30 carbs a day and I just couldn't with the Calcet bites.

All the fiber supplements I looked at had carbs so I use Miralax if I need a little help.
