Tomorrow is my first visit with Dr. Querry, in Marshall , TX

I have been reading alot of information about lap banding. and filled out my papers to take to my first visit with the Dr.

I had my first consult with Dr. Querry today.

My first thing is to schedule a " sleep Study", :notagree then get letters from psych and therapist, and I gave a release of info for medical records from my primary physician. Then the dr. will send my information to the insurance company for approval.
