Protiens, water and food...I have recently started to swell in my feet and ankles and lower legs. I take a potassium pill every day. Also vitamin b-1. IThe swelling will not go away. Anyone else having this issue?

You should probably see your regular doctor about it.

For me, my legs swell when I'm sitting in my chair for too long. What helps is making sure I'm laying down (in bed, recliners don't count) at least 8 hours per night. Then I don't have the problems.

Also, drink lots of Water, it helps flushes everything out of your body (no idea if it helps with edema, but hey, always a good idea!)
