Call your doctor first thing Monday.

I had 1 incision that got infected. I was told to clean with peroxide 2x a day and I covered with a breathing gauze. Tape 3 sides of a gauze pad on it, leaving one side open, for it to breathe and help to "dry up". As always though, follow what YOUR surgeon says.
