I have a question??

I saw a diatician for the first time yesterday. She went through the whole routine. I am wondering, she said that you needed to chew everything 30 times. Is this true with the sleeve, I thought that was just because the opening was so small with the band?

YEP!! You need to chew to liquid consistancy because your new stomach can not do the work like before! Not fun, but true.

My dr. had me stop this at 6 weeks, I pretty much chew thoroughly, but not to liquid constistancy like I did in the begining. He said it stays in the stomach longer when it is in pieces and I was starving!! He said my stomach can do the work now! I was glad!
