Hi to everyone! I am meeting with my NUT on Friday. I have to take four days of food journals with me.:unsure: Those of you who have already met with your NUT' what did your meeting/visit include? I know you will go over what things to eat or to stay away from but besides that what else did they go over with you or give you? One step closer.....Thanks
