Hello I'm 5 days post/op and was concerned just like you. Im just doing the best I can. With all the pills we have to take its crazy. So I cut my vitamins in half ( liquid was gross) and I try and spread them out throughout the day. If I get em in Great, if I cant I dont trip over it.

Good Luck! Eventually we will catch up and be on track. Just try to get hslf a pill in at least.

I use a brand of chewables that my nutritionist said was specifically designed for WLS patients called MultiChew

I was told to take a Flintstones complete chewable twice a day. After day 31 I can go to an adult vitamin with iron twice a day and the at day 90 it's one adult vitamin a day for life. I also take 500mg of calcium twice a day and Vitamin B12 complex once a week.
