Hi! I have been lurking on this site for a couple of months now. I have just gotten approved, but am waiting to see if the doctors office will accept/do a payment plan, if so my surgery date should be July 26. I have about 220 lbs (my goal) to lose. I will be banded in Louisville, KY.
