Is this head hunger?

I'm hungry all the time! I'm doing the low carb, high protein diet, but while trying to not overeat, I feel hungry all the time! What's up with this? is this the famed "head hunger?" I've been fat so long, I guess I don't know the difference.

bless your heart . . when you feel this way, just stop and listen to your tummy and ask yourself is it really hunger? Or do you just want to eat something. . . if you don't know, then drink alot of water and see what happens in about 15 minutes, but i bet it's head hunger and not real hunger. . . good luck!

When were you sleeved?

Since you are pre-op, this is going to be hard! That all changes when you have the sleeve. The ghrelin is reduced and your stomach is tiny. Just be patient. The stuggles of the pre-op diet are worth the outcome!
