Stall

Has anyone experienced a stall just 8 days out? I am not overly discouraged but just curious. I am doing exactly as the doctor says and I am getting in all of my protein and vitamins. I am so excited about my decision to have the sleeve and I am so excited for my new journey:)

I am almost 3 weeks post op and I am at a stall as well but I am contributing the stall to finally being on the pureed foods stage. I would not get discouraged but I feel your concern and share it with you.

I will keep a watch on your post to see if we have any old sleevers that can squash our concerns..... :)

All the best during your journey!

Get off the scale. Eat 500 calories. This is just my opinion, but i have noticed a lot of people on here complaining about a stall and then saying a week to two weeks later the stall was over. No offense to anyone, but it seems a bit obsessive. The weight is going to come off. Just throw the scale away and start living! I am sure it will come! That is unless you did it in Mexico and they just cut you open and didn't remove anything. JUST A JOKE PEOPLE! Ok, you are going to do what you are going to do and we all went through this to lose weight and made drastic changes to have drastic results. But I can't imagine not losing at 500 calories.
