Ok...I am a biiiiiggggg baby:think but this pain in my shoulder is worse than the pain in my port area. Just when the port area pain was getting managable...the left shoulder pain starts.:faint: So, I am going to ask the husband to take me to the store now to get a heating pad but am I supposed to put it on the shoulder or tummy?:D Thanks and sorry for the stupid question.:omg:

Put it wherever it hurts worst! Seriously, I put it on both, whichever was bothering the most at the time. Hope you feel better soon, the first few days can be rough. Hang in there.

You may be experiencing gas.....I had it into my neck and ear of all places!?! Anyway....walk and move that gas....also Maalox Max helped significantly....moved EVERYTHING....but my neck quit hurting!!!

God Bless,

Hi Laura,

Your NOT a big baby - that shoulder pain is rough at times. Try putting the heating pad on your shoulder, maybe the back area.

Also, walk walk walk.

The shoulder pain is usually caused from trapped gas, so when you feel your shoulder starting to ache - take walk down the street. This should dislodge the gas and help you expell it.
