Oh it was aweful. I was vomiting with the runs at the same time. I got totaly behind on fluids but and feeling much better now. Now all i have to do is to remember to drink. I start to feel a little weak during the day if i haven't drink something like broth or cream of Soup. Im still really tired but am feeling much better than i did last week. And to put icing on the cake.....

I lost my first 10lbs. YAY!!! Now im ready for things to get back to normal so i can enjoy all these beautiful days.

So glad that you are feeling better. I carry a bottle of water or protein shake with me everywhere I go! The bariatric nurse at my hospital told me that dehydration is the number 1 complication. Take care and bottoms up!

So glad you are feeling better! Some on this board report that they set their phone alarm to remind them to drink water. That might be something to try for a couple of days. I know that I can get so involved with things that I forget to drink for an hour or two.
