Back on the losing side again - excited!

:clap2: I was on a plateau for about a week or so. I upped my calorie intake and whala....I am losing again. I am down to 268 which I haven't seen in 10 years. My pre surgery a year ago I was at 320. I've lost 13 lbs since my surgery. I get a fill on July 17th. I'm excited again and I'm glad I have this forum to share it.

That's just fabulous. I am curious what amount of calories you were eating to make you stop losing and what did you up it to?

I don't want to make the same mistake and I am a newbie just on foods.

I've been on a plateau for about 3 weeks. I've tried everything but upping my calories. That sounds crazy doen't it. Congrats on your success.

I am very happy for you... I know you were worried about it.:clap2:

I am really working hard now, so I know my losses will pick up quick.

I am even doing aerobics twice a day to get me going good.

Julie, that is fabulous! I am so happy for you, and know you must be excited.

Glad you are on the great road of success!!! keep up the good work!!! I deffinatly think that less isn't always better... it can help at times to eat healthier food .. but more of it!! Speeds up the metabolism!:clap2:

I just upped my calories by eating another small snack/meal during the day. I am also trying to get more protein in. We'll see in the next few days. I am hitting the gym tomorrow. I need to get my butt moving. That is my next goal.
