Sweet Success!

I lost the 10 pounds I had to lose to have surgery!!!!!!!!! I'm so excited!

Only one bummer, now I have a cold and need to shake it before surgery next week. I'll be pushing the fluids and taking my Vitamins that's for sure.

Thats great news!!! Good luck getting rid of the cold. Get plenty of rest and fluids.

Congrats on the needed weight loss. Echoing the words of chicken broth, fluids, rest and vitamins. Good luck!

Get a NeilMed sinus rinse kit and use it at least twice a day to keep a secondary infection at bay! I also did emergen-C, airborne, zinc- I got a cold on the Monday a week before my date and was so worried- indeed my surgery almost was canceled but it finally went through. Drink tons of water- good practice! Good luck to you!

I have a sinus rinse and fortunately I also have distilled water! Thanks for the info, I'll definitely do all of that. Thanks Meggie. How are you feeling?
